Dr. Moses Zulu is a leader, researcher and advisor in public health and community development, with a focus on children and youth. He seeks to build resilience in individuals and community-based organizations. Moses co-founded and leads Luapula Foundation, an indigenous organization that since 2001 has been working with marginalized people and communities to alleviate inequities in access to health and social services in Zambia.

Mr. Jeffrey Zulu is a leader in Program direction with skills in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in social work. Experienced in monitoring and evaluation, project management, planning, child rights and protection, community mobilization, vulnerability assessment, monitoring of OVC System strengthening, capacity building, Counseling and HIV/AIDS prevention. He has worked at Luapula Foundation for thirteen years.

Ms. Gloria C. Bwalay a leader in financial direction. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting & Finance. Experienced in Financial Management, Grants Management, Budgeting, and Administration of internal controls, Human Resources, Compliance, Procurement and Credit control. This is her eighth year working at Luapula Foundation in the position of Finance and Administration Manager (FA Manager)

Ms. Lydia Songolo a leader in community transformative development. She holds a Master’s Degree in Transformative Community Development (MTCD), Bachelor of Arts Degree with library Information studies. Experienced in advocacy, community organizing and facilitating health related programs, Skilled in program implementation in the fields. She has worked at Luapula Foundation since 2016.

Ms. Nchimunya Moonga a leader in social change with focus on child protection. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Experienced in advocacy, community organizing and facilitating social related programs. Skilled in program implementation in both children and adults mobilization for social change. She has worked at Luapula Foundation since 2020.
